				 | ^ What do you mean? ..I have a hunch that I took out money the full ATM limit at 11:30PM last night, and now it's 8:59PM ... maybe that's the culprit behind my issue? |

				 | I think the daily withdrawal limit resets at 5pm EST (what looks like 11 pm your time). It's not 24 hrs after you last withdrew, nor does it reset at midnight.

				 | I've experienced such an issue before. 1st time the problem was in my personal limits, I activated them but due to some technical issue they didn't get activated. The other time was when ePassporte had technical problems and I was trying to withdraw at that time. Either way, contact someone at ePassporte and make sure everything's ok with your account

				 | I've had this problem twice this month, I made sure I was including the ATM fees and Epassporte fees, and still no go. I waited 24 hours and it was working fine again. I'm still trying to figure at what time the 24 hours period starts or ends?

				 | There should be no problems withdrawing. Make sure you have activated your personal limits on the "Visa Card" --> "Activate Personal Limits" page You can also see your remaining limit on the Account Balance page.
