    Shooting Buying Exclusive Content

    I know there is a recession on at the moment... but wondering what people are shooting and buying custom content for at the moment...

    I am thinking of offering some of the UK girls we shoot on an esclusive basis... just want to get a feel for what the going rate is... anyone want to share a little knowledge

      Most of the people shooting right now is either shooting for themselves or for clients they have had for years.
      Switching producers and/or trying out new ones is risky business today given the drop in ROI pr production.

      But companies are still very much shooting and its been picking up a fair bit in the last 2 months.

          I agree... someone asked me today about the cost for shooting exclusive, which isnt something we have done to date... I guess there are a lot of elements to be taken into account when pricing exclusive content up...

                  I would love to find a producer that can do good foot jobs for under $300.00 it cost me any where from $100.00 to $200.00 to shoot my type of scenes. No blow jobs, nothing but feet being shown for 5 to 8 Min's then 10 Min's of a pair of feet getting a guy off. Simple less then 25 Min's of work I do all the editing etc.. *shrugs* But most don't want it. *shrugs*

                                      Hmmmm... I doubt very much anyone could shoot these scenes for $300 ! If I read your brief right it would take 2 girls and a guy ! Including the girls giving a footjob to the guy... $300 ??? If content providers think they can do it for this price I would love to know where they are getting their talent from...

                                                          They want it for nothing.

                                                          $300 is your budget. So, I'm gonna get a girl, a guy, and myself. I'm gonna have to pay for my studio, or rent. Lube, wipes, accessories.

                                                          Most models in LA won't get out of bed for less than $200 for a gig.

                                                          That leaves me $50 for the guy, and $50 for me.

                                                                                                                                              For me in the UK the biggest problem is also the dollar to pound exchange rate... you all want to pay in dollars of course, and the talent wants to be paid in pounds lol

                                                                                                                                              A girl in the UK for 2 boy girl scenes would cost me £650... the guy would be £250, if I want 2 guys offering 2 good pop shots then thats £500 for the male talent ! Chuck travel on top of that and your looking at about £1300 or about $2000...

                                                                                                                                              Then location and not forgetting my own time, I would need to sell each scene at about $2000 to make any serious profit... so what MaDalton says is about right...

                                                                                                                                              I can probably get the girl to do a couple solo scenes to add some value to the shoot... I am sure a lot of producers do this as standard

                                                                                                                                                          it's all good healthy debate I guess it's down to the photographer to find the models and then negotiate the best price he can to get them through the door... I guess if he wants to shoot them again and get good word of mouth from them to other models he will pay them a decent rate... if he doesnt give a flying shit he will try and throb them off as low as he can...

                                                                                                                                                          I am sure if corners are cut and less reprebable talent is used then much cheaper shoots can be done... same results are unlikely, but maybe it's not high end content thats being asked for...

                                                                                                                                                          I did hear a whisper that the likes of Reality Kings can spend major $$$ on a days shoot... but there stuff if we're honest is like a frekkin hollywood production... and they are shooting for themselves so know exactly what they want... props to them !

                                                                                                                                                          I am talking about the average client/average content provider... like all buying and selling, I guess we both have a price in mind and have to meet in the middle somewhere lol
