Big problems with a well known Outsourcing Company

I needed to write lots of posts for my blogs so I contacted a well known outsourcing company (used by LOTS of people here) in the first months of the 2008.

I was looking for a writer able to write some posts daily for some of my gay blogs, not a senior writer but at least somebody able to do the work. I stressed them I need a guy able to write about gay stuffs, with some experience in that. I hate gay blogs written without any knowledge of the gay stuffs and slang, sometimes they are quite offensive because of the unintentional misuse of terms. They assured me they can provide me what I was looking for.

They are big, used by lots of people (I think they are the most famous outsourcing company in the adult biz) so I decided to sign the contract and pay them the 1000$ setup fee.

They offered me just two workers, both really nice but without any knoledge or experience in the gay market and slang, I tested both of them and asked for some references and gay related posts they wrote in the past but both didn't have any references and were not able to do the work the way it needed to be done. The outsourcing company support assured me they will find somebody else soon.

It's almost two years I'm waiting for somebody else.

They never proposed me anybody else, I asked them to find somebody else with the skills I asked for or to refund me the setup fee but they refused to refund me at least twice. I was never contacted by them in TWO years.

Of course I found somewhere else a good writer with the skills I need but I hope the outsourcing company will at least refund me the setup fee. I'm nomore interessed in working with them because of I think they were really unprofessional.
I can't say anything about the quality of this company workers because they didn't provide me anybody with the skills I required (and they assured me they can provide).

I hope they will recognize who I am (and who they are...) and will contact me soon (my ICQ is 49#66#71#426)

Updates coming soon...

Why wait 2 years? I wouldn't count on getting your setup fee returned. If anything you might get some credit with said company.

If you want results, post who they are here and I'm sure you'll get a response.

Asking for them to respond via ICQ will have you waiting 2 more years.

I contacted them after some months at least twice to ask a refund or for a new worker. I discussed with them and they started sending me some generic newsletter so I hoped they were working to find some worker for me. After that I forget about them (it was not a huge setup fee and I was working for another big project) but today I realized they never contacted me again and never refunded me the money...

The quickest way to resolve this is to post their name.

That will bring them running and if they value their business and reputation...they will take care of you.

At the least, you'll be letting everyone else know who not to work with.

By the story, I can probably guess who they are. No reason to let it go two years. No reason to let it go two months.

By not naming names... you make bring suspicions upon potentially lots of people.

Say it so this matter gets sorted out. You make me wonder now.

well, I really hope you're not from Blueloot, because if so, the only thing I can say is "Karma is a bitch"

either way, deserved or not, you should get your money back for sure. And (again, if you're from Blueloot) pay your affiliates. Blueloot owes me some monies from years ago and never ever even bothered in answering a mail, let alone paying

and on a side note, if you don't name the company, I highly doubt that they'll refund you a cent, they had many chances to do it in 2 years

I'm not from blueloot. I'm just a blueloot affiliate promoting their program in my sig. If you have any problem with them I suggest you to contact directly the email support. I can't help you with that.

I never said they OWE me 1000$. I explained what happened in the first post. I just said I paid for a setup for something that never worked so I think that a professional service will have to refund me the setup fees. They never proposed me any worker in two years (and they suggest me just two workers at the beginning without the skills I asked for) so I think that a professional outsourcing company will have to admit they had some kind of problem (shit happens in every company, not a big drama...) and refund me the setup fees.

Ok I'll be the first one to bring up the name of the company that many are assuming that nobody will post: iWebmasters.

Bunch of pussies. By not naming a company or person, you are only fueling speculation which is unfair to all of the other companies that did not do harm. Come out and say who it is and move forward. These guessing games are just silly. If this company forgot you for two years, there is no way some anonymous post on a message board is going to suddenly make them jump up and take care of issues.

Now if you aren't talking about iWebmasters, I suggest that you clear their name. If you are talking about iWebmasters, let's get this handled!
