windows 2000 server protection

Does anyone know if you can protect directories based on referring URL on a IIS server? Some one has to be a win2k admin on here. Thanks

well i found this cool isapi filter at http://www.isapirewrite.com/docs/

now i just need to be able to protect movies without allowing null referrer

if the videos are embedded you will not be able to protect the with http referrer protection.
