personally it is a rare breast augmentation that pleases me aesthetically, if the girl looks ok with small breasts she should leave well enough alone.

making them bigger is OK, IF done carefully and correctly to give some semblance of reality.

but the science isn't quite there, and few plastic surgeons have an artist's eye, or love women enough to REALLY try to make them beautiful.

i have photographed many women with breast augmentation---and i will tell you to make their tits look beautiful usually requires plenty of camouflage work with lingerie or hands carefully placed to minimize musculature defects, scarring, unnatural hanging, etc.
