I think of history or vendetta as requiring some sort of relationship or at least real interaction with the person. If I considered myself to have a "history" with every member of GFY who ever caused a spam email to be sent to one of my sites, that would really be a heck of a lot more relationship than any person could have. I would say the ability to querry a WHOIS database by the posters HERE at GFY is at least 95%. So if one posts here and tells everyone their domain and they're too stupid to pay a few bucks for some WHOIS privacy then it's kind of their fault if someone posts their personal shit.
