Had to get up early to start on second day of making Superbowl Habanero salsa

making more than one batch so everyone can enjoy

1 very mild for the fam who cant handle the heat
2 butt burning hot habanero

Bought over 10 lbs of various tomatoes and using homegrown habanero etc...

(pic was uploaded via my blackberry but the blogspot image url has a bunch of symbols in it and wont load on gfy for this post)

LOL ive been doing this for years and learned the hard way to always wear gloves.

i wear either sterilized meat packaging gloves or my yellow reuseable gloves everytime I slice peppers or handle them LOL specifically for that reason!!

So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants think about that
