LOL, last time I checked driving with a beer was illegal in all 50 US states, especially Texas.
And why you wouldn't be able to smoke and drive a stick shift I don't know. It's entirely possible to smoke a cigarette and eat a salad at the same time while driving a stick if you know how to drive one. |
Kewl thanks for the heads up on the pic I just changed it :)

bahahahha get off my dick and get out of 97.. weak... Yes i was an 18 year old wana be hacker at the time.. I ran a password site and SHUT it down in 97. What next K7? Jealous that i was succesful making money with paysites? I made my cash and got out the game in 01. 5 years in the game, been there done that.. im half your age and have more cash in the bank then you do, is that why your still on my cock? |
Playing catch up, had our company xmas party last night.
Unfortunatly due to pending legal matter I am unable to respond to KK's bitter rhetoric. FM, maybe once she pays me back the $30k cash loan I made for her kids boarding school, I will get me a viper. But based on the stats I have seen from her new spamming project, it may be a while. NBT marketing ring a bell for anyone? |

ROFL Brad, nice try. You had plenty of time to take down your little lovebirds site today but you couldn't post? Take your meds, wait til the voices in your head calm down and then try to post. Funny how you've ignored your attorneys direct requests not to communicate with me, post anything aimed at me, or otherwise make little statements intended for my direction until this little thread you started took a wrong turn on you. Don't stop posting though, that would be a shame. |

So what kind of paysites were you making money with? General hardcore kind of? Hahaha SHUT it down, sold out in 97, got out of the game in 01. You are still confusing me. I think you may want to cut down on those "blunts", cutie. "more money in the bank"... That's even cuter, I dont know how much you stole from certain people, but I doubt it :winkwink: |
BTW, 80%+ of the Ferrari's sold these days have the f1 transmission. Same set up as used in f1 race cars. Drives like a stick shift, with no clutch and shifting with paddles. You shift gears up and down, like a stick shift. They are sold at a premium price over 6 speed ones BTW. And for a Ferrari going down in value, they actually go up. A 360 new can be ordered for 170k, and held for 2 years and you would get 170k out of it.
I was looking at an S55 recently. They are 120+, and a year old with 10k miles, they drop under 90k. Hope you did not buy a new one FM. That is a hell of a hit. Here is one with 30k miles for 40k+ under what guy paid for it a year ago... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=18749909 37 I am sure all hell is about to break loose, so I will let people implode on their own while I go take a drive in the nice weather. |
Sounds like the perfect car for a guy who can't manage a clutch.

Wow! I was starting to get very pissed at myself for wasting so much time reading this thread. In the process, I icqd someone here that I didn't know before and now we arranged a generous traffic deal. Thanks Brad! :)
It's nice to see Peaches and Ron making amends and I learned a couple things about investing. I love the Samsonite story too. I had no idea. Creating your own luck... It's funny because me and my family were in a deep discussion about this very subject last night. I used to be such a pussy about everything and I hated taking risks. The more I accepted that I simply had bad luck, the more I would lose. I know now the worst thing that can happen is that I lose everything I own. I've done this several times and now it's not so scary. It's not that difficult to build back up if your goals are high to begin with. I wanted to be a real estate when I was 18 and my parents strongly discouraged me from doing it. They said no one would ever take me seriously. My family was also appalled by what I do on the internet, but now they say very little since I make more money than my Dad who has broken his back at the same job for over 30 years. I think I have a better start than most who make 10 times what I do because I have not one single bill. I hope to learn the "correct" way of building several nest eggs for myself by investing but I honestly have no clue as to where to begin. Anyway, enough rambling, I've enjoyed this thread. |
ahhh fuck it.
:Kissmy Brad |
Brad,
Did you get the Ferarri so you could run away faster? AHAHAHAHAHAHA Brad wrote regarding KK: Quote:
He has NO class. FM wrote regarding Brad : Quote:
Also KingK7..... I don't know dick about you or greentea.I can only judge you on what you post. With that in mind,I would do business with greentea whereas I wouldn't give you the wind from my ass. (Note: I'm shutting up about the automatic debate as my Porsche is) ;) |

Most of you should read the book "the Millionaire next door" its a great read. Most millionaire's I know that are old money that built there own wealth don't have nice cars or expensive watches etc. but they will never have to worry about money again. like most Ball players or movie stars who make millions but still live beyond there means will be broke as soon as they lose there contract or are washed up in the industry. I see it all the time in LA Just like most... my Father also came to the states without speaking a word of english with $2 and a suit built a very large construction company in LA from hard work and a dream and invested in real estate in LA,seattle and now florida. He is retired now and living well. I only hope to accomplish half of what he has. I have spent alot of my money foolishly but now with a baby on the way. I've got new priorities and have learned to listen to the wiser and make better business decisions like investing in real estate Once you learn how to make money its easy the hard part is holding onto it. :2 cents: |
""""Sounds like the perfect car for a guy who can't manage a clutch. """"

Hey Zebra, we need to talk... |

I am very excited about having a baby girl. first thing I'm going to invest in with her is a shotgun. LOL My Parents used to get on my case all the time about how I spent my money and they always told me once you have a child you will start to watch your money more carefully and invest properly. They were right as usual:) But I have to say I've had a great life and have experienced many things its just I have new priorities now and its not just about what I can do for myself but what I can do for my daughter. My father said everything he has built and done has been for me and my sister, now I understand. I have everything I need and most things I want. but the only thing that matters once I'm gone is my blood I leave behind. |
Congrats on the new baby Roger !!!!!!!

PornKings - you can have nice cars, nice homes, and nice jewelry AND invest if you make enough.
The millionaire next door is not talking about the MULTI-millionaire. Its great to have enough money stashed away to not have to worry about money on a certain lifestyle. The question is can you raise your lifestyle while simultaneously investing and protecting money to continue that lifestyle beyond living month to month spending all you make to have nice cars, houses, jewelry. Brad - nice car but since I bought a Ferrari about 6 months ago I don't think I'll buy another :( I have an SL 55 and its by far the best performing car I've driven. What else is great is I live in a fairly small town and the rear right brake locked. I made an apt at my local MB dealership, dropped it off, and within 45 minutes my car was fixed! :) FM - borrowing money in business is the only way! OPM :D However, I agree, personally its not worth it. Don't take notes on cars, jewelry, or homes! However, I use banking relationships all the time to purchase apartment and office complexes (80/20). Allows me to secure large pieces of property, earn a good cash on cash, and let my tenants pay down the note so I eventually own it out right. |
pornkings,
Sounds to me like your baby is going to have parents as good as you did. Congrats man :) The job I think of a parent is to give their children as many options as they can :) |

You make me look like I'm on welfare!!! :) Ferarris ,I've had a few, all used, and they have the reliability of a fiat!!!! errr ,,,,,,surprise ;) :) I love the sl55 but can't at this moment warrant spending the $$$ :( Me? I like german cars and of course Bentleys :) And except for my wife's...I always get used ones.1 or 2 yrs old. |

Peaches ROFL :) I wouldn't say rich but when I say smaller I mean in relativity to Chicago, LA, Detroit :) We have 250k peeps so we do have BMW, Benz, Jag, Audi dealership (no Lexus, Exotic, Bentley, Acura)
PornKing - congrats on the news :) My baby boy is 8 months today and we have a 2nd on the way! I love being a Father. Nick - don't get carried away, you know you've been on food stamps for years :D |

Wow, that's a long drive, maybe the car broke down again? ;)
Congrats to both Roger and Marc, on the stork appts, just wait until your kids are old enough to understand the holidays. I waited til my son was home from school to do our adopted angel shopping, it's one of the things he's come to love about Christmas, especially since he's knows what kids like. We're making cookies tonight and trimming the tree :) |

Brad you're really showing your ignorance - first of all it's an '03 SL55 and there are still less than 50 on the road in the US. The S55 is an oldie. http://www.canadiandriver.com/previews/03sl55amg.htm You don't need to worry about resale on your Ferrari, you have it on a 5 year lease, unless you have an open ended lease. If so, you'll be toasted. What year is your Ferrari? I heard you bought a used Ferrai? Don't forget to take your meds before you go out :) |
Congrats to Roger for your upcoming baby girl. Only a few months now, I bet you'll make a great father. Same to Marc De, congrats on your 2nd!
As for those of you who are investing in real estate, do you have any suggestions on how you get started. I have some personal investments right now in some relatively low risk mutual funds and I would like to get into real estate myself but not to the point where my investments take more time than running my company. My company is my life and I love it to death so I am just looking to leverage my personal investments and I know real estate is relatively safe and better yield than my current investments. Thanks everyone and congrats to the father's to be. WG |

If I were to be buying Apartments or Office Buildings I would be doing the same thing, obviously. So do you love your SL55 or what? It's the ultimate in a fast luxury car with a comfortable ride. Have you heard about the Mercedes V12 Twin Supercharged four-door their coming out with next year? I put an order in one already. It will be my girlfriend's car. |

:Graucho I'll be the skinny pale whiteboy in Vegas... =P you gonna have those badass cybererotica polo's like last year? I forgot to get one, wished I would have when I saw someone wearin it later, ;) |
Ron - SL 55 is absolutely amazing.
You put an order in for the $300k Maybach? Or one of the CL or S 600's? The '03 models have the supercharged, 500 hp / 600 ft lb turbo V-12 as well. I'm waiting on specs of the new 760Li from BMW. I want to see if they plan on playing ball with Bentley and Benz on the super high powered, ultra luxury sedans or not... If it has 450hp or more I'll get into one of those :) Real Estate and Restaurants are where I've been putting my money. Want a some-what predictable, fairly safe, high return investment go into casual dining restaurants (over 1 trillion / year biz). |
Marc De--
Hospitality Industry is big, and a nice to mix with real estate. Franchise resteraunts? |
