What was the issue with this program paying? I wanted to try it but have seen some posts about nonpayment.
The sites are obviously nice. I wasn't even worried about the $100 PPS days, just normal payout is fine.. . Your input please?

I think there was some bumps while transitioning it from Paulo to TampaToker... plus it also appears they also got the site redesigned (as you can see above), but payouts went out a bit late, but they did go out and for the full amount. So they are good to go and as far as I heard, everyone who was looking for payouts all got them...
They were a bit late with payments.... that's all. No one missed payments is what I gathered.
