    Carmella Bing HIV Rumor?

    I don't know that there is any truth to this but the word on streets in Carmella Bing contacted HIV doing some hooking on the side.

    I don't know that this is true, this is only what I hear.

    Anyone else heard this?

    She is off the Type9 site at this time.

          Apparentlyl this rumor has been around a while. I just googled: carmella bing HIV And it brings up a ton of stories with "rumors" of her having it last June. Not sure if any of it is true or just people spreading rumors.

                                                                                                                      I recall an incident in the UK when a woman knowingly infected a few guys, not anything porn related, and it went to court, i think it was classed as either GBH or ABH and she WAS prosecuted for it.

                                                                                                                          Not sure if she has to "publically" disclose this information, however if she has HIV and is still actively hooking I believe she's at least bound to inform her client and use a condom, otherwise, she (or any infected person) can be charged for Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Intent. At least in most states.
