So I follow the link in my billing email to pay my bill and what do I get? 500 Internal Server Error. I spent ten minutes trying to find another link to pay my bill, or at least go back to traditional paper billing, but no luck.

Verizon has the most cluttered, confusing, and generally un-usable website on the planet... and now I can't even pay my bill. Nice.

You can't pay from your phone? with AT&T, a number is pre-programmed in your phone that goes direct to bill paying.

Never had an issue with their billing.

I mean you can also go to 'myverizon' and just sign in then you can just go to 'pay my bill'

Once i needed to install 5 phones lines at a single location, techs rate was 100/hour or something, so they charge me 100/hour * 5, (total time spent on the job is one hour) = bill 500, nice, fucktards

The billing page is down a lot. You can pay over the phone though...for a fee. I have FIOS and it rocks!! I was a houseparty winner so I have all of this FIOS stuff (footballs, cups, pom poms, plates, etc) for the superbowl....and a FLIP Ultra HD camera. WHO DAT!!
