Its pretty much sold bro.
Im just making some final adjustments for the buyer before it changes hands.

Even if you were to bid higher (which i doubt you will) Im still pretty much set on closing the deal since its to a friend.

Ive already recieved higher offers, but this is to a person I know, and trust can handle running a tgp.

maybe try contacting xapster.
I believe he is in the market of selling one of his sites for the right price.

Tell me the best method how to verify the TGP site.
I don't want to be fucked up.
Buy a TGP with 50k traffic and next day after payment it will go down for 5k

I know there are stats, counters and so on, but maybe you can give me an advise...

server stats seldom lie but then anything can be tricked
a site that has a tracker on it like sex tracker where you can look at the trend for the past year would be good if somone trys to sell a tgp that has just went from 5k to 50k in two day I doubt I would consider buying it. Being able to look at the admin of their trade script helps also

of course I could be all wrong these are just some of my thoughts

HotNWildTeens.com I would sell, I am looking to get the money back for Brownie, plus Smart CJ.

I am getting around 4K in hits a day, and I avg 2 to 3 sales a week from it, plus I have people paying for top spots on it (its not a lot but the extra 200 a month help me)

Asking at least 1500 for it. I have had an offer a while ago for a little more than that, but $1500 is the opening bid.

That's a damn good price. I've been researching software for Dirty4Free.com and for what I want I'll be spending about $1,000. $1,500 for an established TGP is a good deal.

If you don't know enough about TGPs to know that, I wouldn't suggest buying one. Spend your money on UCJ instead and start your own...once you learn how to run a site...then spend the money on traffic or on a bigger site.
