But i don't recommend it. You have the message history saved, but the search functionality sucks ass. You have to first select the contact you what history from, before you can search for anything. There is no history log, where you can see who you talked to and when.
Trillian Pro is awesome in this aspect. But the logs are not stored online as far as I can tell.
Other alternatives clients are digsby or pidgin. Don't think any of those have it either.
