Simple CMS/Tube Script needed - GoFuckYourself.com

I'm looking for something simple to convert small 1-5 minutes mpeg/wav/wmv/ etc., video to flash/tube style video.

Don't want to import, I already got these video on my server in a folder. Is there a script out there that can just take what in these folder and convert them and display them on a page?
