Togo football NT was attacked some days ago by terrorists. The attack ended with 3 dead people and several others injured by fire weapons while they were going to play a match for African Football Confederation. Obviously, Togo government chose to not participate in the tournament.

Now, the CAF announced they will ban Togo for the next 2 tournaments (which classify for World Cup of Football) and fine them with $50000 for.... being victims of terrorism! How fucked up can this morons be? I know it's all business and such, but give me a break!
