I have one webmasters board, it's almost without content but It have good PR and some SE traffic, however I can't post url here it's against GFY rules.
But my idea is make it primary as scammer list, where other webmaster will find PayPal email or ePass id if they research via SE.
But for that I really need good list, already know about 5-10 scammers but need much more... so if you ever scammed from someone please post it here, url to original thread will be great, and I will collect all that data, post in that board and of course leave link back to original thread.
