I was manhandled by a chiropractor today! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

He was actually grrrrrrrreat! He squeezed me and squashed me and twisted me like a pretzel, but I came out of his office feeling like an 18 year old girl (those of you who know me that was almost 20 years ago, ha!)

    The results:
My neck doesn't hurt at all, after it had been killing me for the last few weeks
My back is straight as an arrow (despite my scoliosis)
I'm completely stress-free and very relaxed
I'm full of energy and ready to work until midnight

so, if you have a free 30 minutes this weekend, go get adjusted by a good chiropractor, it's well worth it!

I always thought they were quacks but I need a tune up. How do you know if one is good, lol?

When times were better and we weren't so bloody broke, my wife and I had a chiro. At first I was skeptical for the same reason most people are...western medicine makes them out to be phoneys...but I had already tried medication and physical therapy and nothing worked so a chiro was my last resort before surgery. On the very first adjustment...my spinal pain was GONE. Completely. Erradicated the first try. However, your body soon adapts and the pain will come back, so you have to go again...chiro is like a Pringles drug...once you pop, you can't stop...

I was going to a Chriopractor for 2-3 times a week. Was wonderful. Do some Stem, sleep for a bit, get a adjustment, then a massage... ahhh... I got to start going again.

This guy is Mayan and although he has a degree, he was explaining to me and my friend that he gets better results using Mayan methods than regular university-learned stuff. I've been adjusted before by regular American chiros, and this guy is way better than anything I've tried in the past.

I came out from his office feeling like I got a new spine; it's just amazing!

The way to get a good one and not just a quack: ask, ask, ask! If several people recommend a chiro and swear by him/her, chances are this person is the real deal. There's no better way to judge a doctor than by recommendations. (at least before you get into their office)
