During this process my host was somewhat helpful, my um amember extremely not helpful, and ccbill always there to check out every one of my suspicions.
I've also send you a mail, Corvette. We have still a "little" problem with the new WMS. Maybe you can forward this to the right person. CCbill support is good so far but there was a migration error (from the old to the new system) and I've spend about 4hours yesterday (live chat support) to find a solution. Thx

When logging in for free there was sometimes a problem. Meaning, if the problem occurred the user could not upgrade and pay without logging out. My host saw something suspicious and I was so frustrated with Amember and their dodgy emails that I just took it off.
Marc, I have had some success since I changed some things on my end.
I do have an issue still that I have asked before via phone and was told it was taken care of.
I just got 4 denial emails reason being subscriber already had a subscription.
I want that turned off, if they are trying to buy a subscription let them. If it is because of internet problems and timing and they pay twice then they get a refund, but I get these denials a lot.

I want to remove 1 subscription from my processing account. The reason is because I have had a ton of red flags lately and would like the 1 subscription removed to eliminate that possibility.
