A bunch of the new content is being used in a new tour design that will fix the whole "minimalist" look... and the current configuration was a bit of an experiment over the past few days to see if I could increase conversion by directing people directly to the join landing page instead of to the trailers.

It will be an entirely new paysite in a few weeks.

Its not a bad idea really, i mean if that can convert it would be freaking great. you might want to keep that as an alternative tour if you have luck with conversions on it.

It converts fine, but anything with good content and a clearly placed join link will convert too. Right now it's a matter of trying to become the most compelling offer I can possibly become.
