The new budget that the President will be presenting

How much over?

If I recall, Bush was running close to a trillion dollars deficit for a few years and we were not even in a recession.

Recessions call for deficit spending. They always have. When private money goes away, the government steps in.

I guess now that the mixed race dude is doing it it's suddenly a problem?

Now it's only over a trillion? Fox News always led me to believe he was spending like $20 trillion extra every six months.

It sucks that there is deficit spending at all, but it seems like nobody really cared what was being spent until Obama was sworn in. People mentioned it, but few were obsessed over it like so many are now.

I do like that people are paying attention to what the government is spending. The timing is questionable though.

I hope people continue to pay attention when it goes back to a 100% white person that is spending it!

President Bush's budgets were running over five hundred billion dollars. I am talking about the budget and not any other spending for President Bush as well as President Obama. President Bush spent more per annum than the budget he presented as will President Obama.
