    Got top Google Ranks - Can't Convert - Help needed

    I've outsourced a building of a few adult blogs, lately i'm doing mainly mainstream but i thought about trying some adult.

    Here is an example of one of them:

    http://www.welovebbw.com/
    It's located #1-#2 in google for 'bbw', gets about 2,000-3000 hits/day from google that that search term.

    and so far i made 0.000 sales in more than a few weeks period...

    am i doing someting wrong ?

          Look through your stats see where they are coming in and leaving etc. may just need to tweak them more.

                  Nice SERPs. What's your bounce rate for your home page? If it's high, I'd put a picture of a BBW above the fold as the only ones there at the minute are in the ads which are tiny and difficult to see with the rest of the ad distracting.

There's nothing wrong with linking straight to the tour, but you have every single pic going to the same site. Add some new sponsors in there. And no offense to the sponsor you're using, but I wouldn't sign up to that site either. Since there's no other sponsors, if someone doesn't like that site (and it appears they don't) that leaves you with nothing. Add some variety in there, it'll make a huge difference.

                                                                                                                                                                  personally, i would tell you to forget about most of the advice here. first and foremost, you have to understand what users are searching for exactly (for the bulk of them anyway) and figure out what content is best representative of what they are looking for. FROM THERE.... you start looking at ways to increase / improve clicks to pay sites, look at conversions, which sponsors perform better etc.

                                                                                                                                                                  design elements, layout etc is often on of the most counter-intuitive aspects of this biz. i wouldn't think too hard on that initially.
