Whatever my budget is to pertain to you or matters. if you base success of an affiliate program by how much it cost to design it, you are business genius hence you have time to troll this board to post nearly 25,000 post.

There were very many successful sites and affiliate sites that look cheap and are cheap to design. just because you pour a lot of money into designing it doesn't mean it's a guaranteed success. I spent $500 to build the affiliate site and then $3000 to build tools for my affiliates to use to promote my site. Instead of vice versa.
