Hey you guys I wanted to post here and see if anyone has had a similar issue with ImLive. I have been doing celebrity chat shows with them faithfully for the last two years. I have made them BUNDLES of money and helped promote them with my name, etc.
Anyway it appears that since they updated their software in maybe June or so, Ive had numerous issues with missing money and un-locatable chats.. I email customer service with names and times of the chats... half of the chats they will tell me never happened and the second half they will tell me they "have located your chat session" and that it will be credited. Many were never credit or were only credited several months later after I reminded them numerous times. The customer service if the worst I've ever dealt with in my life. They are SO RUDE to models and treat girls like crap. I can't believe girls are still there. Now it seems that they keep saying the chats never even happened, some of them LONG 10 minute chats with customers which ads up at $13 a minute, trust me. Anyway they are saying the chats never took place, and that next time I need to send them screenshots. Sooo, then it happens again, of course... and I send them screenshots of the chats with the people login in and out and you can see the time on the bottom from computer screen.
Anyway they totally then deny that the chats happened, despite screen shots. And when I explained that I gave them the evidence they promised to honor, they deleted my account. They have been totally unable to ever admit any of it happened. Like a little child they just deny deny deny... and get all defensive instead of fixing it. You cannot fix it if you won't even admit its not working right. I've made hundreds that they haven't even honored or given me.
Heres what they said:
"Please note that we do not take kindly to the baseless accusations you have made to Imlive.com regarding chats that you claim to have had that do not appear in our data base.
Imlive.com is a respected and well-established website that pays its hosts and agents the monies that are due to them.
As it appears that you do not wish to accept this, we see no reason to continue our relationship with you.
Therefore, ImLive.com has decided to terminate both your Celebrity account xxxxxxx as well as your Agent's account xxxxxxx."
I'm actually floored by this but I am not sure if anyone else has had these issues with them. The part thats been MOST frustrating is that they just do this deny deny deny thing. I send them the screenshots they asked for of their own software, the dates, times, screen names and what site it was coming from, and they still claim they are "baseless". Do people just not pay enough attention to their chats or what? This HAS to be happening to other girls, Im positive.
And who is from Imlive on here? Does anyone seriously think its ok to take money and just refuse to even admit that somethings wrong? And then just bully anyone who questions it? You guys are not reputable... Ive heard horrid things and this just adds to it.
