why not get 1 template per site and use ARYLIA gallery builder to mass produce galleries with all the content? shouldn't take more then a few hours really just to fill the affiliate up

We are going to do something similar to that! Just wanted to get this off the ground and see what all will be needed, more of something less of something etc.

But I do miss banners in regular sizes, like
160x600, 300x250 and big ads like
700-1000x150-300 (width X height)

And hosted banners is a lot easier for most people to get up and running, so I would really like that!

Guys, I've been looking through the content zips for Real Caning Videos, and I want to offer some feedback that may be helpful in making future content acquisitions (whether bought or done in-house.)

One thing that's a major boner-killer for serious spanking fetishists is the big reveal (when her pants come down) showing a ton of bruises or welts from a spanking the surfer hasn't seen yet. It's worse when you're trying to sell a caning, and she turns out to have those red speckles all over her butt (that come from impact toys but not from canes).

There are several sets in the downloadable content like this -- she's got her pants on, they're setting up the caning scene, she gets a couple of cane strokes over her jeans (which should and do leave marks), then the jeans come down and she's got huge splotches all over her butt that came from shooting some previous scene. Example:



It's a pretty shot, but the marks don't match the implement, and there are no establishing shots in the content set that an affiliate could use to explain the marks (e.g., one shot showing a paddle being swung.) So it's a picture that doesn't make sense and is thus hard to use for promo purposes -- especially on a site branded with "real" in the name.

Usually this is a sign of a photog trying to get too much content out of one shoot -- spanking shoots are much more limited than regular porn shoots for what you can do in a session.

Sometimes it's a sign of a model with too many jobs scheduled too close together -- or some spanking boyfriend who doesn't care that she's got a gig coming up.

Obviously you go to market with the content you've got (to misquote Donald Rumsfeld) and this is no criticism -- it's nice content overall and I can work with it, am indeed already getting sales. But I thought I'd share some feedback on something to avoid (where possible) in the future.
