Can anyone suggest an alternative to MONERIS?
Since NetBilling made the switch over, our costs have doubled.
For hard products we are paying an average of 10% per transaction. This is for dvd products for transactions that Netbilling is already scrubbing for but these guys say their charges are normal... They are NEW to us. Anyone else experience this? Is this normal for them and for biz in general? Much thanks, r |

Wow, nobody deals with hard products? I spoke with them yesterday. Gotta tell you, I would rather be talking with MS 13... or Maybe I am. They come off very gangster...
