Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

Why does the location of the person being shot make a difference if it's murder or not? If you're throwing rocks from any location at the military or police, in any country - it's not ever going to be murder.

OK, the point that should be made. America has the right to protect it's borders. If you throw rocks at someone wearing a gun trying to protect the border, you came from the shallow end of the gene pool and should be shot, border agents have the right to protect themselves. End of story.
