Does anyone know what happen? is the owner on vacation or something? I renewed my account a week ago, sent payment thru epass and still no replied and account is not yet activated.

His name is Don - that's the guy that I used to speak with. I once purchased a partner account to post to his network of sites. A few of them being high traffic sites that delivered nice traffic too.
