Is this the actual videos or the galleries themselves - or both?

For now it's simply cutting clips from the full movies, making screenshots, change codes/links on the gallery templates HTML to point to those newly made clips and screenshots, and so on. Very simple but needs to be done right, ie I don't need someone to just blindly cut a bunch of clips and put them up.
Context in the clips matters so the person needs to watch the videos and cut accordingly.

Why didn't your editor keep the timelines up? He could have made them easy as pie with your material. Fire your editor if he can't do this for you when he renders your content. It's so much work to get content sent, capture video, watch and get to know the material, pick out clips, save, render, make diferent versions and sizes, and organize it all - might as well edit the scenes too.

I used to have to beg my lazy ass editors to HURRY THE FUCK UP AND WORK ON DATED CONTENT and just do simple stuff like BTS videos, clips for TGP's and trailers. Finally I learned to do that shit myself - you should too. You'll become a much better director when you learn to edit video. Just my
