I have owned my Aeron chair for 10 years now. It was the first nice thing I bought back in 2000 when I started making money online. It was getting worn out so I called up a local Herman Miller dealer. They said it was still covered under warranty. They sent a guy out to my house withing 7 days and replaced the base, seat, and cylinder all for free. After 10 fucking years! Amazing huh? Best product I have ever purchased in my entire life.
