sounds like they can't get the ipo to go through, something that was obvious to everyone but them that it wouldn't be an easy thing to pull off. Now they are trying to get their affiliates to "buy in" and generate interest in the IPO in hopes to get it to go through. A company that has millions and millions of dollars of debt is still tryin to go to an ipo so they can cash in on their own stock options.

This is wrong on so many levels, penthouse has been one never ending train wreck of a story, from ibill to this... hopefully when AFF/Various/ what ever they call themselves this week finally crashes and burns for good this nightmare can be put to rest.
