Just got my first payout through epassporte and can't find anyplace to spend it. Declined with google, xbox live, godaddy and pornsites. What's left?

you can add it to your paypal or open a second paypal with it, xbox live buy from maximuscards via paypal and use your epass virtual as loading option

Google Check out it will not work for security reasons.
Xbox live I do not know.
Godaddy I use my card there with no problems.
Pornsites it will not work for security reasons.
Are you using the CVV2 info from the welcome message? Do you have your money on the virtual card and not the Wallet?

wtf? I pay my servers at webair, godaddy and fdc. I just got billed for Adwords today no problem. Also I pay for domains at namecheap and dynadot. I even reserved hotels at hotels.com and more. Never had any problems with them, the only place where I couldn't use them was paypal.Comment

Only places I've been declined are Electronic Arts, Google Checkout, Playstation Network and CCBill.
I use it all the time at DirectNic and to pay Phatservers. I've made numerous purchases with it, recently buying Torchlight (a PC game) via Paypal and a nifty baseball cap and TShirt from Arlo Guthrie's charity org.
Besides the virtual visa, I also do frequent P2P purchases, buying scripts (got 2 copies of UUGallery today) and content licenses.
I find Epass to be a very useful service.Comment

Some places require a verifiable billing address, and the virtual visa doesn't verify to your address. It's also a foreign bank and some places don't accept that either.
I can use mine pretty much anywhere I've tried although I haven't tried a ton of places.
I can't get mine to work with paypal tho

Okay lets play out that scenario for a second...
Let's assume someone refers themselves on a $100PPS sale and buys a few subscriptions, lets say 3 or 4 for good measure. How likely do you think that the program will terminate the affiliate account since it's already coming from the same IP, no members area login, and same card used for all subscriptions.
Unless the program owner is a complete idiot, it sure looks like fraudulent signups to me and I wouldn't be paying them out anyways. Now add that all sales must be e-mailed in to be payed out and that takes care of that issue.
Honestly, I don't think that is the real reason... if it is, whoever thought of it, is an idiot.

The reason some places decline the epass virtual visa is because epass is based in a country different than your billing address. At least that was the reason given on a couple of sites that declined it.
