I am trying to find out who has the absolute most violent hosting service in the US.

I have a client that needs:

Tier 1 Bandwidth - 100% Cogent Free.
Very low loadtimes in USA.
Complex setups that can handle millions of visitors a day.

Please DO NOT spam me with reseller companies and such. I want the real deal here..

While we do have cogent in our network, more/less they are used for a specific project. However we do also accept and use them as a cheap peering source for their own destoned traffic on their own network.
