    How to get refunds in a nats program but no sale?

    Hi, how can you be charged with a refund but never made a sale? Not even a chargeback? Not like i have sales but doesnt a sale need to be made to give someone a refund?

                          It happened to me too once....i stop promoted that fu*king stealing sponsor as soon as he fu*ked me. I was not even interested in the excuses he gave me....
