Actually Dean slightly shoots for the highlights just a tad to much. He uses top notch girls like Stephan Eastwood other wise the photos would look poor and over exposed.

A photo is only as good as its subject. Let's see this Dean shoot as good as the real masters, who created the actual Playboy Style. Not going to happen.

Jay Rock came from Texas to LA got better gear and now his photos are almost as good as Dean's, but not quit. He is missing two key elements in his lighting set up.

Well, I disagree with your comments. A photo is not only as good as it's subject... that's the attitude a lot of people who claim to be photographers are taking, and 90% of those people can't shoot for shit. A photo is as good as itself, and within the eye of the beholder. And since I am using my eyes, in my opinion, Dean's work is exceptional. :) But each to their own. I don't dismiss your opinion. I just don't agree is all.

LOL Deans photography is universally respected even by people who are not into his "style". Lets see something, ANYTHING beautiful that you have created. We are waiting.

BTW, some people would argue that many of Dean's photos have something that the typical Playboy photo does not.

I've personally seen a lot of junk photography in Playboy Magazine and certainly lots that isn't up to Dean's standard for sure.

Robert, Kayden's tattoo is faded because she's in the process of having it removed. My understanding is that it takes multiple treatments before it's completely gone. With each treatment, it fades a little. What you are seeing there is exactly what it looked like when I shot her...only a few weeks ago. Sorry to disappoint you but it had nothing to do with photoshop. I would have been happy to clue you in on this "before" you stuck your foot in your mouth - all you had to do was contact me.
