why so big... we have the same setup with no pricing and join by credit card same as anatranny, we are 1:8... its not a viable ratio, surely affiliate hits to sales is the only one that counts... imo - why not post that??

No, you don't. You have a button. And every surfer knows that it is already a billing page. I would bet the tranny join page has twice as much clickthroughs than you, or triple. That doesn't mean its the only thing that has an influence on sales, but its one of those minor things which add up.

Also, the tranny tour has blind links on the main page, so most people go to the join page. You don't, so much more targetted visitors come to your join page, and even more targetted to billing.

I feel like in junior high.

So after years of selling memberships she still had almost no members. With revshare it just isn't worth it if the members don't retain. She moved everything because last night I got so fucking frustrated with her that I deleted her off of my server.

Both my partner and I talked to her for a long time last night. My partner speaks Spanish so I'm sure she understood that be sending traffic to a different CCBill account then what webmasters had signed up under would get screwed.

After getting off the phone I walked into my office, logged into my server and hit the delete button on the two domains that she had on my server. I had had enough.

She has put the domain TSMiamiGoddess into her boyfriend's control. She said she didn't want the hassles or expense of doing her own domain and had no interest in doing updates and Czarina was willing to host everything for free plus not charge her for doing updates although I'm not sure what Czarina will be doing for updates since Ana never shoots anything new.

I was her forth webmaster that tried to help her. I doubt Czarina will have anymore luck dealing with her. She always promisees to put effort into her stuff but never delivers more than a few updates and then points her hooker ads to the domain and never does anymore updates. She only cares about the tour. I'm just glad to be done with all of this with the exceptions of making a few posts and a few boards like I promised to do if I was no longer connected with her stuff.

I told her what I was going to do when I was on the phone with her and she said she didn't give a shit about her stuff or domains, she didn't want to be bothered with it anymore. This is not the first time she told me she wanted to get rid of her website. Two boyfriends ago she wanted to get rid of it because her boyfriend didn't approve. I talked her out of it then but after this drama I had enough.

I understand you're also an affiliate, but models do this kind of stuff all the time, they shop themselves all over the place to get multiple revenue streams..

Were you a primary affiliate on the TOP TIER referring all the other webmasters into the ccbill program? Or are you just upset to see a supposed clone of a site? If you're not making much money off it other than the hosting and updating of her site then that's just the breaks I guess.. I can not even count the number of times my concepts have been reproduced on my hands.. Its just the nature of the beast..

Try promoting both of them maybe? Get multiple revenue streams just as she is trying to do.. One tour may perform better than another and vice versa.. This shit happens all over the place.. Saturation happens.. Sometimes you need a fresh approach..

I'm not that upset but I did say that I would post if I was no longer involved so I posted saying what happened.

I guess I am disappointed in Ana though. I really did put a lot of work into her site over the years including letting her stay with me, driving her around, and doing some of the photography. It really was a lot of hassle for very little money.

Yes I was and I was pretty upset that she wanted to redirect traffic from TSMiamiGoddess to AnaTranny which meant none of this affiliates would get credit, including me. Ana said that she didn't understand all of this and really didn't care but I suspect the real reason is her CCBill was in her first webmaster's name and now the new CCBill account is in Czarina's name. Ana doesn't have papers to be in the US so she can't put things in her name.

Its the design...yours looks like a billing page already. Hers not. People are more curious. Just try it out on some traffic and you will notice more hits to the ccbill page, not targetted hits, though.

1- Did Cleo hire Czarina? It seems like that since Cleo had exactly the same tour.
2- If Cleo hired Czarina, then did Czarina stole the model from Cleo?
3- If Cleo didn't hire Czarina, who made that tour? And why is Czarina using it?
4- If Cleo hired Czarina, did she pay for the design? And if so, did she lose her money and on top of that she lost her model?
5- If Cleo hired Czarina and she didn't pay, could it be that Czarina stole her model on revenge?
6- All the above?
7- None of the above?

This is too confusing so I won't go further without knowing the facts. But this really looks like a fucked up situation and I wouldn't touch these sites with a 100ft pole. Right now it looks like one of the names involved isn't someone to trust at all unless she comes clean and tells all the facts

1. I dont know what Cleo said to Ana and it does not really matter. Cleo took the site down from her server. Thats the end of that.

2. The old content in the first site is just that. Old some of it is in the new members area but you can tell instantly whats old and new just based on the image and video size. Ana had stopped updating the old site before the redesign as she was not really making enough to pay for the hosting and the updates.

We have plenty of new photos and videos in HD you can put on your blog, just drop me a mail. Lots of new stuff and in far superior quality. And plenty more to come. Ana send in photos and videos daily.

1. Ana PAID ME to design her site 2 years ago. Then a few months ago, Ana came back to me again and asked me about getting things started new and fresh.

Ana paid me for the work. No one else. Ana was in on the design from the start and as we all know can put the site on as many domains as she likes. AFTER ALL. She owns the design, the domain, the processing and she IS the site.

Cleo was the Host Paid monthly, a webmaster that promoted Anas site and a webmaster that charged her to put in the updates. Thats it. Nothing more. Cleo was a good affiliate and sends in great traffic. But for some reason has started this drama and seems to have the great desire to continue it.

The drama is fake and a waste of time. If you want to get making some money from this site just sign up for the program. www.amateurdough.com

Still you're not saying it all, since it's obvious that Cleo didn't just host her, but at least paid VISA fees and she has a program, affiliates, referrers and such, so, unless you contacted Cleo before hand and made some kind of arrangement, you stole the model from her and she'll lose some income. Pizza money or not. Even if Anna owned the CC processing account, by changing referring codes you fucked her off all her affiliates. If you were palying legit, you'd have imported accounts, which it's pretty evident you didn't or Cleo wouldn't be this mad.

However, if there was no contract signed, no matter how unethical your behavior, Cleo has no legal grounds to bitch about, reason why she took all down when she realized that. At least she has learned a lesson: business is business and if you act like an amateur, then you kind of deserve whatever happens.

In short, what I thought as first was comfirmed: Ana is just a dumb idiot using the site to promote her escorting side, Cleo is a moron who believes in fairies and unicorns and you're just the shady person who noticed this situation and took advantage of it getting a free site filled with content in the process. And as unethical and shady as this whole thing was, hats off to you.

On the other side, now you have a big neon sign over your head. Seeing how you conduct business I doubt many people will want to hire you, so I hope this site really worths it

That pretty much sums it up.

Czarina was hired again to add camshows to Ana's site by Ana and given FTP access by me to do this late last year.

Czarina used her FTP access to copy the enter domain under a new CCBill account on her server.

Czarina put up very large text links on every page of both the root tour and affiliate tour to her new domain on the original domain and also screwed up the join page when she added the link to the camshows causing the join buttons to stop working.

I removed Czarina's text links, fixed the join pages and changed the FTP password locking out Czarina.

Czarina then advised Ana to change the name servers on her domain to point to Czarina's domain redirecting all traffic from TSMiamiGoddess.com to AnaTranny.com

After a phone from Ana letting me know what was going on I deleted the domain TSMiamiGoddess.com from my server but leaving the files there as I did not want to be a part of fucking over her her affiliates, including me.

I was Ana's third or forth webmaster. The domain TSMiamiGoddess.com was moved to my server by the webmaster before me. The CCBill account was setup by her first webmaster and controlled by Ana.

I simple keep everything the same when I became the webmaster.

I billed Ana .50¢ a gig for her bandwidth which came out to an average of about $50 a month. I charged her a small amount of she gave me updates to render the movies, turn the pics into galleries and add them to the member's area but she just about never gave me updates.

TSMiamiGoddess.com averaged around 200 members. About half of these members were through joins that I sent and then rest were either from affiliates that were under me or joins that Ana were from search engines. By Czarina switching CCBill accounts all of this was wiped out.

It was a nice deal for me to make a couple of bucks off of my unused bandwidth and scraper traffic from no thank you links at the bottom of galleries. It was pizza money compared to what I make off of my other stuff but it was and easy few extra bucks each month.

I would have had no problem at all if Czarina wanted to become Ana's next webmaster if she had kept the same CCBill account but by switching CCBill accounts she fucked over everyone.

It seems apparent that you did not read what I said, or just did not understand.

Cleo was the host. she did some updates that Ana paid for and thats it. Cleo did not own or have anything to do with the domain, the processing etc. She was not the owner and to my knowledge was only an affiliate!

So you think that I needed to ask an affiliates permission???

Cloe has made this into something that it never was, I did not steal Ana away. The first program had 9 affiliates and 8 banners for them to promote with and thats it.. So ana wanted to grow that. It had not been done in more than a year, and she wanted to make more. I did not take ana from Cleo, Ana asked me for help and Cleo was unable, or unwilling to do the things I have done.

You have just accused me of Theft and Fraud. Since I KNOW you have no proof, and the only way that I could have accessed the server is using the owners Ana's info I had the right to do every thing that Ana requested of me.

Nicky: yes, the affiliates were contacted and offered 65% payout instead of 50% for the inconvenience of Cleo removing the other site from her server.
Here's how the story goes:

1- Ana asked me to make a new site using the same tour (which she loves) and a REAL affiliate program so she could make real money, since there was no real affiliate program or tools before. Please note that she has the right to do so because she owns it all.
2- TSmiamiGoddess.com had been online for about 2 years. The site had not been updated for about 1 year. Its affiliate program had been online also for about 2 years, and the only tools is had was 10 banners. There were ONLY 8 to 10 affiliates sending traffic to it. Cleo was the main affiliate, sending the majority of the sales.
3- Cleo was hosting the old site in her servers. That was the WHOLE EXTENT of her involvement with the site. She became enraged when she saw that Ana was expanding, and DELETED THE OTHER SITE FROM HER SERVER, LEAVING ALL AFFILIATES HANGING!!! She did this. Not me.
3- Cleo redirected her old domain to her new site AnaTranny.com (AFTER CLEO DELETED THE OLD SITE FROM HER SERVER, WITHOUT PERMISSION, DESPITE BEING THE PAID HOST).
4- All affiliates were emailed and notified of this situation.
5- Ana's intention was to keep both sites, but since Cleo decided to DELETE TSMIAMIGODDESS FROM HER SERVER, DESPITE ANA HAVING PAID FOR THE HOSTING, Ana had no choice but to close the other site completely. This site is being reworked and will be opened with a few surprises as a complement to her new affiliate program But right now I'm busy responding to Cleo's ridiculous accusations, instead of working on it.

I guarantee that any affiliate sending sales before will make TWICE (or more) the money they were making before, since now the site is updated regularly, there's lots of new stuff going up and Ana is giving free webcam shows to her members.

Her domain was not deleted until after I and then my partner, in Spanish, spoke to her and she told use that you had advised her to redirect TSMiamiGoddess to AnaTranny. Ana basically said she didn't understand all of this and didn't care as she didn't need the money from running a website and it was too much work.

None of the affiliates that I have spoken to knew anything about the traffic being redirected and for that matter the first I knew about this was when you put large text links on TSMiamiGoddess. The only email you sent out was promoting AnaTranny and did not mention that TSMiamiGoddess would be redirected to AnaTranny or that it even existed.

And as far as updates go Ana will only update for a month or so and then not shoot anything new, just like she has done with every webmaster over the years.

Czarina you know what you did. Your business ethics makes you someone that I would ever do business with again. You could have just used her existing CCBill account and then none of this drama would have happened.
