Actually you screwed up the code so bad on the join pages that that the links became unclickable. If it had just been the root tour then it would have been excusable since that is between you and Ana but you should know better than to add traffic links to an affiliate tour screwing over all her affiliates including me.
But then you should know better than to talk a model into letting you duplicate her site and setup a whole new affiliate program.
Or is this some new business model that you have come up with? Instead of joining an affiliate program duplicate everything and make your own affiliate program. Hey maybe Playboy would like you to do the same with their sites?
You have been in this biz for a long time so it isn't like you made some newbie mistake. You took advantage of Ana's naivety after getting hired to do some design work for her and convinced her to screw over all her existing affiliates by creating a duplicate of her site where none of them would get credit for sales.

Cleo: I don't know why you started all this drama. How dare you drag my name thru the mud accusing me of stealing Ana's site or content? Who do you think you are to make false accusations and say that I broke any links in TSMiamiGoddess or that I added any spam to her site?
THE ONLY CHANGES MADE TO TSMIAMIGODDESS WERE REQUESTED BY ANA (Ana is the owner of the site, NOT you). She even had to ask me TWICE to add the link to her blog to the site.
I have never stolen anything from anybody and much less a website design or content. Ana and I have a CONTRACT and a very good relationship. All along I have insisted that Ana continues with TSMiamiGoddess, I even installed her webcam on it, which has helped YOUR retention.
Ana told me she spoke to you on the phone a few minutes ago and that she cleared everything up. I would appreciate it if you retracted from your accusations here but I don't expect it.
Guys: Ana's site is not coming down. This is a legal site, the design is OWNED by Ana herself (both sites are owned by Ana), AnaTranny.com is being updated 3 or 4 times a week with new content, and there's no issues here.Comment

All the image slices were messed up so that the image maps no longer were over the join images.

No, I knew about this site over a month ago. I told Ana I didn't think it was a good idea but it was her stuff so it was up to her.
I got pissed off when czarina went into TSMiamiGoddess and messed up the join pages and put up links to blog that no one at TSMiamiGoddess was going to get credit for joins to.
I called Ana asking her what was going on and she said that she didn't realize what she had done and told me to fix things.
Actually it was TSMiamiGoddess' affiliates that first brought all of this to my attention asking me why there were links on her tour that they weren't getting credit for. That and wanting to know why there were now two CCBill programs for the same content.
This mess is czarina's doing.
If czarina wanted to have control over this she could have just taken over TSMiamiGoddess from me. It is Ana's domain and she has always been free to do with it as she pleases including giving it to a different webmasters to run but instead czarina took it upon herself to setup a whole new program screwing over the existing affiliates. The way I see this, either the model knowingly and with full intent decided to screw over her existing affiliates and create a duplicate site. If that is the case, I don't want to send her traffic.
OR
the model is clueless, and the ramifications of a second site to existing affiliates were not explained to her in a manner she could understand.
If this were simply a matter of the model wanting her online presence handled in a different way, considering it has been stated that the model owns the site, why would she not just get Cleo to move the site off her server, and take it where she wanted to?
I've already switched links to the original site, which I did not even know existed until this started breaking open on another board. Ana is a very trusting person and took the advice of czarina. She had no idea what she was doing. She didn't understand that her existing affiliates would not get credit for sales. I had no idea that czarina had setup a brand new CCBill account until I went to the join page of AnaTranny.com.

Bottom line is it is Ana's site. Ana has control over everything at TSMiamiGoddess including the Domain Name, CCBill account and Hosting.
My only involvement is the domain is hosted on my server (Ana pays me for this each month) and I'm an affiliate of TSMiamiGoddess plus I do web work for her when she has an update or wants something changed. We are not talking about a lot of money here, more like pizza money.

My join form ratios are over 200% better than that and I have average or maybe slightly above average conversion ratios. (maybe 1:500 average if I'm lucky) Some affiliates do 1:100, some do 1:300, some do 1:2500
It all depends on 100's of things what their/your conversion ratio will be.
She posted join form ratios because based on those her real average conversion ratio has to be up in the 1:2000 - 1:3000 if not higher.
So don't be fooled.

All I can tell you is I run TSMiamiGoddess for Ana and as long as I'm her webmaster the tour will stay clean with no traffic leaks (now that I've removed the traffic leaks that czarina added) and the CCBill account won't get changed. If for any reason Ana chooses to not to have me as her webmaster anymore I would be up front with everyone and make a posting about it.
If you do promote TSMiamiGoddess I would appreciate you signing up under me but even if you don't I'll be glad to assist you with anything you need.

this is really strange, don't know what to think. Did Czarina made the design or not? If so, who hired her? Why did she take the tour for herself? How did CCBill and VISA accept her site if it was a copy of an existing site? Model might be all the naive you want, but how did Czarina contact her if she wasn't hired by the model herself?
Either way I look at it, I feel like there are unknown facts both parts aren't saying.
on the stats thing, am I missing soemthing or those stats are quite horrible? that's not 1:40, that looks more like anywhere between 1:1000 and 1:100000, probably around 1:2500 taking common CTR and CvRt for the nicheComment

I just got off of the phone with Ana. Bottom line is Ana doesn't want to be involved with doing a website and has no intention of updating.
Now she has put control of her domain into her boyfriend's name and doesn't seem to know what she is doing with anything.
I don't need this hassle. Especially since I've never made any real money off of TSMiamiGoddess.
I'll be deleting her domains off of my server tonight. I've already deleted or redirected her links off of my stuff.
I'm done with all of this. It has cost me way too much of my time and isn't worth the aggravation.
