How can i make a multicat site but with a BIG thumb as frontpage linking to the niche page, but with smaller thumbs. The big thumb showed is the same as the first smaller thumb.

I see thumbs here ah-me.com/mainpage.shtml are bigger than here ah-me.com/st/niches/homemade.shtml for example... How can i make the same thing?
