Business Week Magazine interview - participants wanted

Hi guys, I had a journalist from the business week magazine contact me as she knows I set merchant accounts for high risk companies including the adult industry. Anyway, they would like to interview some adult business owners for an article in the mag.

This journalist was mislead into believing that direct US merchant account rates were sky high for high-risk companies (which I quickly set her straight on) and had no idea of how the former administration and card associations pressures caused so many of the US banks to stop processing for adult - hence causing many to move to EU banks.
I spoke with the journalist and raised concerns about any unwanted 'slant' that might be added to the article that could shed a negative light on our industry but was told the purpose of this article will be strictly to enlighted the business community in general of reasons behind the industry using non US merchant accounts.

It's your call - let me know if you'd be interested but they did stress the fact that you'd be getting the FREE exposure/advertising via the article.

This is the criterea of the type of owner they'd like to interview:
    1. Must be a US based ownership
    2. Must be a reasonably high volume corp.
    3. The owners of the company only - no affiliates etc
    4. They want a company that has a NON US based merchant account. It's fine if you have both (US based merchant account and non US) but they definitely want the offshore/EU based participation.

To help understand the outline of the article, I'll paste the last email below:
    -------------PASTE
    Victoria,

Thank you for all your help. I understand the concern of these
merchants, absolutely. I am actually trying to portray the legitimate
and valid reasons (such as getting kicked out of traditional banks) for
heading offshore. There is an assumption, and one that is difficult to
combat if people don't share their stories, that the only reason to go
offshore is for tax evasion purposes. Obviously, this is not true, but
    that's the assumption, and I don't think it's fair.

In order to tell the other side of the story, and to redeem these
providers from consistently being characterized as third class citizens,
we need to tell their stories. Otherwise it simply doesn't work.
    -------------END PASTE

Well there you have it .... If you have any questions, concerns or want to participate just let me know
If at first you do succeed - try to hide your astonishment.

I was concerned about what you call 'a witch hunt' as well .. Lordy knows the last thing this industry needs is BAD press just when porn is finally becoming almost mainstream. However I think an intelligent, savvy businessman could use this opportunity to do some good for the industry.

It's a tricky thing and why I wanted full disclosure - from there it's the business owners choice

She didn't distinguish between 'types' - simply adult.
