    Clearing memory in Vista?

If I use my laptop for more than 1 day...say I put it to sleep or whatever, and then the next day just start it back up, vista run slower. I feel it's because of the memory in usage. So I restart vista and everything runs smooth again.

Is there a way to empty this memory without rebooting? What trick do you guys use?
I tried googling and found this
    http://www.windowsvistaplace.com/cle...windows-vista/

but after doing exactly that...it didnt work and my computer was still slow. I read the comments and im not the only one...the method shown above doesnt do anything!

So how can I clear my memory without having to reboot all the time?

        Start/all Programs/accessories/systemtools/disk cleanup

That will remove most of the BS from the day before. But I think you have a larger problem going on.
