Do you think that most consumers are concerned with the particular processing company that they are giving their personal information to or do you think that they are so eager to see the material offered through the paysite that they overlook the name of the processing company?

We all know that CCBill is a very reputable company that most adult paysite consumers are used to but what about a processing company that isn't as well known? How important do you feel this is to the online consumer of erotic materials?

The most important part in building trust with surfers is your own site brand. If you got a good name, design, content etc., then the processor feeds of the trust you created

Well, I know this (and agree with you) but what about the consumer? How much of a concern do you feel it is to the consumer when giving their personal information out to a company? Just curious to see what everyone thinks.

We have our own merchant accounts, which uses less known gateways compared to the big 3rd party processors, and our conversions are good.
