I got a lil excited for a second until I saw:

1) 1% withdrawal fee for non-usa ATMs
2) currency conversion rape
and of course:
3) not available in canada

Note : For some strange reason make sure you have a balance set up in US$ though as it doesnt work if you have your paypal balance in Canadian dollars....the easy solution is to have both types of currency in your account.

In their terms and conditions it says that the card is no longer offered in Canada. Which I suppose implies that it used to be offered some time ago.

Oh ok ...I got my new one a few weeks ago (it was a renewal though) um wonder why they scrapped issuing to Canada.

Yep...just double checked..asked for a spare card and they said they no longer supply international paypal cards....so i guess all countries are now excluded except USA

Whats the point using paypal cc, when its only take 2 days to transfer the money into your regular bank account and use your bankcard for much lower transaktion fee?

Been using mine for a while. BigRod is right, way easier to get money out of PayPal then using the bank transfer option.
