Webmasters tend to be heavier than average because the job can be so sedentary, but I don't find at all that webmasters tend to be particularly unattractive.

I really prefer it when people have pictures of themselves in their avatars because it is more like speaking with real people.

Almost anyone can find an adequately attractive picture to run at 150x150.

my first job was at a subway. it sucked :( paid minimum wage, no discounts on the food, and they'd make me close the store by myself so i didn't get home until like 2am when i had classes at 7am. also i walked to work from my dorm and it was so windy one day that a biker got blown into me!

though i guess there are worse things to come home smelling like than fresh baked bread.

oh flagstaff, and somehow i still miss you...
