Attention BigBucksNow Affiliates

This was sent via email too but we want to make sure we don't miss anyone:

In an effort to greatly improve our affiliate program, tools, and incentives we have decided to integrate ALL of our websites into the LiveCamCash.com program. We ask that all BigBucksNow affiliates take a moment to sign up to LiveCamCash. Current BigBucksNow affiliates will continue to receive their rebills via BigBucksNow.

The OnHerCam link code will be available on LiveCamCash. We expect to fully launch LiveCamCash (NATS4) by January 15, 2010 with all new promo tools, new websites, and a brand new well-known affiliate manager whom we shall be announcing in the new year.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We hope that in 2010 you will find our new program to be a program you all will be excited to promote along with our new solo models such as CamWithCarmen.com, GotGisele.com and Viorotica.com (launching soon!!!).

bump: if any of you are promoting sites from this program, GotGisele.com is using content that is on LoveGisele.com (photo sets that were provided and exclusively released to me while she was under contract with my company). The webmaster was notified and contracts will be sent to my lawyer first thing in the morning.

You are getting too predictable, Irina, but thanks for the plug. Regardless, We are using content 1) the photog never ever signed ANYthing with you nor did you pay him ... and 2) we asked you REPEATEDLY to provide us any documentation whatsoever about the content and we would gladly remove it...however you don't seem to wanna do that. The short version: CheeseFrog granted us complete persmission to use the images that YOU never paid him for nor did he ever sign a contract with you. His deal was with Gisele. And the webcam sets Gisele produced ... (many of which were produced before even being part of LG.com) let's simply see the legals and we'll yank em. What's so hard to figure out?

We actually do quite well. And we only use USA/Canadian girls ... thats where our focus is. The models do very well and get a great of mainstream attention as well as adult.

Must be doing something right ;) Irina kept coming to my team for all kinds of help (programming, design, site depth, etc).

I'll be sending contracts to who needs them Abbie, my lawyers, NOT you. You'll get what you need from them.

If you want to know what's in them maybe you should get them from the models you stole. Fact is, the content belongs to my company, affiliates promoted with it, and the models got paid for it.

You really wanna get bring up my battle with SNR, after you went through a yearly battle with them? That's a completely different topic, but I guess you need some ammo with you're argument doesn't look too plausible.

It's too bad you need to stoop so low and need to use other people's shit.

LOL really? and did you not come to me to sign affidavits for your cases and using my models to cam on your site to help YOU out??!

Fact is, these models you are working with only are, because I told them it was okay for them to do so, they know your manipulation tactics, it's a shame they fell for them. My bad.

I had no idea there were even probs with them and you until THEY CAME TO US upset over what your cokehead boyfriend (I still have the facebook post where you talked about him if you need it) did to them as well as a multitude of other things. I never said shit to them, went to them, nothing. I can't blame them for leaving you along with just about every other model who's left you ... have u kept a model for more than year? a lil after? pescilla? ferrari? gisele? vio? etc.

Yah, i went through shit with SNR and in the end things went well for me I mean, you did write that lovely affidavit about my awesomeness and working with me ... it's signed and sealed by you and in the court record.

You have no problem with me until gisele and vio came to us. You came to my team often for help. You wrote that lovely sworn affidavit in my favor in my court case, etc. Now you wanna play bitch because yer buttsore over your models leaving.

That's all fine and dandy, Irina I'm looking forward to hearing from your attorney. But until I see any legal document we're using the content. I have two content producers who both say they never gave you anything as far as ownership goes ...

Because we are now getting ready to hit the UK traffic market. We're only a year old ... we have like 2 active overseas models (aussie) and thats it. We have some features in some of the large UK Men's magazeins coming up very soon and wanna cover that angle

Actually, your models told a different story and showed some interesting chat logs of you telling them not to work with me ;) Regardless, they were working with me LONG before you ever even knew they existed, but that's another story.

Seriously, Irina. Just show us the docs and we pull the content. What's the big deal? Why are you avoiding it? I have the word of two content producers and from you i have nothing but you crying and whining but not producing shit. So guess who I'm gonna venture to guess is legitimate?
