    Describe your avatar in full

    Happy New Year folks.

    OK, down to serious business....

    GFY allowed avatars in 2009, and some of you have chosen to fly some weird shit, while others have chosen pure beauty.

    I chose the latter option.

    Explain what/who your avatar is, and why you chose it.


    I'll give my avatar explanation in post 51 if anyone gives a shit.

      Yeah, vidz.com paid me to put their Avatar for Jan.1 - Jan.31 , 2010.

      Before that, I had different avatars of Karen O, because I enjoyed watching her rehearse before the show, and I enjoyed the actual show on August 4, 2009.

                                      Yeah, I find this interesting, cos I've always "seen" you as your shark icon, and don't really see the juicyads part. I think the avatar doesn't work as well as the sig for an ad place cos people (well, me) link the the avatar to people.

                                      Case in point, Barefootsies will always be George Michael for me on GFY... I just can't get used to his new(ish) avatar. You were always the shark, and the big orange slice is just a change to the design....


                                      Candyflip (in this thread) had an abstract cartoon character I can't quite put my finger on/remember - a teddy bear thing? but if I saw it now, I'd immediately link it to him, whereas this new avatar I would never remember him by. Don't know why.

                                                                                                                                                                                                      I use it cos it shows how delicate life is and that a single genetic fuckup can have extraordinary consequences - on GFY there is an abnormal concentration of fuckups, so it seems quite fitting
