    Whats the best converter to use for .VOB to WMV or MPEG?

        AVS Converter

        We used the AVS Converter quite a bit with excellent results. They have a trial version you cant check out and see.

        Simple to use and fast and it put out some great files when could them compress and finish with Windows Media Encoder.
        We found by going to and AVI and then converting to WMV gave us our cleanest copies.

        However, it wont let you rip some protected content.
