CCBill affiliate try this (no spam)

The goal is to check if your checks amount are corrects (for me there is right now a problem)

So first, i need to select a week:

so i go to the transaction area:

from 2009-11-08 00:00
to 2009-11-14 23:59

select "reconcile date", and click "lock up", write somewhere the total for all transactions.

Now go to the check area, and select the same week, so here it is 2009-11-08
There is ccbill fees, so let's check the subtotal:
click on affiliate, click on view statement:

Partner account XXXXXX:
Subtotal $ xxx

this subtotal should be equal to the total that you wrote before.

... and ...
for me there is a problem since nearly one month.

So please check your own account.

Well, I just did some routine book keeping and found the checks match the respective amounts for several different pay periods dating all the way back to 10-18-09 (yeah I'm slow cashing checks).

I'm the last person who will say ccbill makes book keeping easy with their 1997esqe interface but they are alway accurate.

I would be happy to look into this for you and I may already be familiar with your situation. Please drop me a line when you get a chance or let me know where I can contact you.

Hmm... isn't 'subnet amount' supposed to match the total sales?

Subnet Amount - The amount you are to receive from Webmaster Affiliates for all of your affiliate accounts.

I just checked last week period, and it doesn't match. 130 dollars difference.

I should have put that in the post.. we are in contact with each other and trying to figure out what is going on here.... we use CCbill precisely to avoid this type of thing.

If you read this thread, i'm not 100% sure but i think that you can check even if you are not promoting muttcash.
