no no i appreciate the advice, i dont appreciate baddog trying to ride your coat tails thinking he is mr SEO telling me to thank you.

i would thank you but i think different so why would i? i have also discussed this issue with main SE people i know and they have had me put scrollers inside their page.

It is very unclear at best the reason for the penalties associated with the scroll box. I can say mine was... I had little on the page except for the scroll box however. Others have seen the penalty with lots of relevant text outside the box however.

It is just an observation and you now have some information that is worth consideration. I suggest reading that link I just posted and see if it applies.

i def appreciate the advice i always am on the lookout for anything that improves pages. i already bookmarked the article.

I had the 950. I had a site i didn't touch for 6 months, then one day i added quite a bit keywords on the page and bang, right to 950 hell.

Next day i removed said keywords and it was back to normal. If you had a scroll-box you weren't 950'd for that. My guess is you were 950 probably because you had a bunch of redundant shit in there.

950 is over optimization.

Oh and meta, can i message you from within gfy? I need some work done.
