Don't hit the gym after the 1st...

From the 1st of January to about the middle of February, the gym will be unfathomably ridiculously incredibly intolerably packed with New Years Resolutionists.

It usually takes a couple months for all the fat girls and fat boys to reconcile their destiny as hopelessly rotund.

Unless you're like me and go at around midnight. Then you might actually be able to score a machine.

Yeah i never go near a gym but i can imagine what it's like at the start of a new year. Idiots saying they are gonna lose X amount of weight, only to give up after a few weeks.

Pointless...

I thought the same thing but had no issues last year. Turns out "the new year's resolutionists" need to also resolve their issues about procrastinating. The gym is no more busy at 7am than the rest of the year

The problem with losing weight is that it is like an actual job. it is work that you don't get paid for. maybe if the government gave a fat bailout to anyone who maintains there weight at what it is supposed to be for age and height, they get a tax break.

My gym is a medium sized local gym with mostly regulars working out, plus the people doing the fitness & jiu jitsu programs. It's not a chain place, so we aren't overrun by New Year resolutionists.

Luckily most girls over here are hot, so the same goes for the girls in a gym. I work out in my own gym most of the time anyway. Too lazy to prepare for another gym, when I can just go work out anytime I want with anything I wear.
