Atheism has only been around as an institution for 150 years or so. Organized Religion made keeping it in the closet a necessity. And where do you get your numbers? Nobody has ever killed IN THE NAME OF ATHEISM. Many have killed in the name of religion. If you think the atrocities of Satlin and Pol Pot have eclipsed the atrocities of the church, you are an idiot.

the points is atheists can kill and butcher just as well as religious people. even more so in this century.

illness comes first, then religion imho....

No sane intelligent person capable of self thought would be deeply religious.
