I saw you all over the board looking for work so I thought I would give you a logo for a PERSONAL project back in March. It was for my mainstream stuff for ME, and not for a client, so I could test you out to see how you were. Well, you went MIA for months on end, constantly giving excuses of family problems, until I finally got a logo design out that was absolutely horrible. I asked you for revisions and then you came to me asking for payment because you needed to pay hosting. All I ever got was excuse after excuse after excuse after that.

10-09-2009 = Consider it done before sunday.
10-14-2009 (Tuesday) = Hey Sarah sorry, I am currently working on it, I will post it here when done.

this is when I got a logo that looked like a recycling logo (not at all what I wanted). That same day I asked for some revisions

10-15-2009 = Hi Sarah, I will be comming up with a total new design tomorrow afternoon.
Can I ask you a favor though? I need to pay for my hosting and I just cashed my epassporte last week (forget this bill). Could you send me the $150.00 for the logo in advance? Don't worry I will make it work.

Even before that, I've had to push and push and push to see any kind of progress and each time, I'm met with a "I'm working on it" type excuse. In all honesty, this logo looks like it took you about 5 minutes and I don't think it's at all a representation of what you have in your portfolio. Regardless, as I said yesterday I'm not interested in working with you any further and would like to get a refund. No hard feelings, but I'm a designer and I know how long things take to get done. I just didn't have the time to do this myself and thought it would be good trial to pass you some work, but I'm just not impressed at all with the result or the time it's taken. I hope everything gets better with your family

and it's been a losing battle ever since. I have not been able to get a single response from him and even gave him the option of trying out another personal logo, all of which was ignored until I posted in this thread. Then he suddenly wrote me on ICQ pissed off that I posted in the first place and saying that he does "design stuff for Pierre (worldsex), Richard (worldsex), Patrick (thehun)" and that all of this is just beer money to him.

Trying to throw out a comment that I'm outsourcing something to him when I actually hired him to work on a personal logo is a really sad attempt to lash out when he's backed into a corner. What's more, after making that comment he wrote asking if I wanted him to do another logo because "I never want to fight believe me."

My only reason for posting in this thread in the first place was because I got fucked on this project, and it seems that he's fucked over countless other people in attempts to get his "beer money" and I shouldn't have to hold back from saying anything about it

You had no problem taking my money for design work then disapearing and never a message until I called you out on GFY. You just told me today on icq that a refund is not possible.
